Israel Canada Group and tech giant Tesla have signed a lease agreement to establish Tesla’s first flagship showroom in Israel at the Midtown Tel Aviv complex, owned by Israel Canada Group, controlled by Asaf Touchmair and Barak Rosen. The lease agreement with Tesla spans 10 years, with the average price per square meter in the commercial spaces of the towers standing at approximately 300 shekels per square meter.
